No security ever built into Obamacare site: Hacker

Merging.

Slow down there skippy. The decision to contract out the PPACA website/system was either in the law or deemed to be better by HHS; in either case it was 100% under control of the demorats and made over three years ago. If you are contracting out the building of a house, you don't simply pay them 100% up front (or issue a time and materials contract), you inspect the work, as it progresses, and pay them only upon successful completion of each stage. John Stewart should certainly have expected Obama, et al, to have known the importance of having that spoon handy as opposed to just watching all of that ice cream melt. ;)

Hey now, everyone knows that it's best to let ice cream melt a little bit instead of eating it completely frozen. So therefore... website melting...gives you time to find a spoon? I am not good at metaphors.

On the contrary. It would be a refreshing change.

It would be anything but 'refreshing'. I swear, people who call for armed insurrection are so short-sighted. But I guess living under martial law, being labeled an enemy combatant and marked for termination would be 'refreshing' for some. Get a grip on reality, man. Better yet, look at what's happening in Syria. The threat of warplanes, tanks, helicopter gunships and military forces en masse in the streets is not 'refreshing'. It is hell.

Note the footnote: It is our right and duty to throw off an abusive government. Too bad enough of us don't have the stomach for it. Too many need to grow a pair.

:lamo. It has *zero* to do with having a pair, intestinal fortitude or courage. The state isn't indiscriminately killing us, thus, giving us a legitimate reason to unite against the state a la Syria. Rising against the state because of Obamacare is childish. But, if you want to lead by example and start a revolution, by all means, put on your camouflage and facepaint, get your guns, and go Rambo.

Sad that you think Obamacare is the only reason.

Right, but I don't think we have a say in the thing, you know? The President has made up his mind. There's nothing we can do now.
Oh that he would would be lying when we really need him to...

Sad that you think Obamacare is the only reason.

There are plenty of grievances, but none worthy of armed insurrection. But do list the reasons as to why blood should be spilled.

< snip >
The whole system is ****ed.

Of course, to steal from Stewart, saying obamacare is a bad law because the website doesn't work is like saying ice cream is bad because you can't find a spoon.
On the other hand, saying Obamacare is a bad law... because Obamacare is a bad law... is like having ice cream shoved down our throats because we'd prefer pie instead.

...spoon or no spoon.

They don't give me enough space for that.

Good analogy! You can't have pie, though, because it's not on the approved list of things Obamacare covers. Sorry about that!

What a copout.

Whatever I list and believe you will do your best to trivialize. Constitutional violations, IRS vendettas, Benghazi cover-up , unwilling to uphold the laws of the land, unless he wants to. So go ahead... have a ball.

Those are among some legitimate grievances I alluded to; however, why has your blood boiled to the point of murderous rage only under President Obama's two terms? Where is the rage for the same conduct President Bush did? You know, like lying about WMDs and an al Qaeda connection in Iraq that lead the U.S. to War which cost over a trillion and thousands of soldiers lives? Or warrantless N.S.A. spying? Or the latter bookend to his Presidency, the stock market crash and bailing out of the banks? Or his part in not preventing 9/11? Or his using of the I.R.S. as a political instrument of force? Where's the outrage? Or are you just blinded ENTIRELY by partisan politics? Or, is it something else about President Obama that you despise so vigorously? Because really, you're already batting a thousand here, might as well add racism to the mix to top it off.

You notice that too?

Was abolition of slavery worthy of armed insurrection between white people?

Do not assume you know me, or my motivations. It is you who equate armed rebellion with murder, not me. You also assume that any disagreement with our current administration is based in racism. Your sir are baiting me, and you are dead wrong. It is you who is crying RACIST, because it's all you have.

Most all of the things you have listed have been perpetuated by this administration, so yours is not without guilt alone. If they were so horrible, why does Obama maintain these actions?

I don't dislike Obama because he's black, I dislike him because he's a socialist who is bent of sharing the resources of those who are accountable with those who are not. And while he took an oath to uphold the constitution, he is taking every step imaginable to tear it apart. He picks and chooses the laws he is supposed to enforce. It is lawless and the right to overthrow is not without standing.

Alright folks, let's try to keep this on topic and not a dialog about the merits or idiocy of armed rebellion
