So unless they're banning all cell phones and tablets, it's really a useless gesture.
My my how the big govt types hate privacy, unless it's in a womans womb.

...and ironically, it's the "Hands off my womb" morons who are the ones begging for government health care.

In an ironic twist, anyone wanna guess what I used to find out what "Google Glass" is?

Not when it infringes on others privacy. Now, if he asked everyone at the eatery to sign a release form to use their likeness on his social media sites and they all agreed - then fine.
I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whats being proposed here, hed agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute. - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

Who said anything about hating privacy? All I said was that the technology is readily available in about 1000 other devices.

Or you could, you know, respond to what I actually said...just a thought.

And he can get his hind-parts off the resturant owners property to do it.

When someone holds up a cell phone to take a photo it's obvious, but the glass is not obvious at all. A cell phone puts the photo/video in memory, but not the glass. It goes right to Google.

Good on the business owner for protecting his customers.
    Two things...

    1. They did not eject him... he chose to leave.

    2. What are google glasses?

EDIT: Just read up on what it is... pretty frickin' cool but also a huge violation of privacy at stake. I would ban them in my business as well.
