Whats the difference of walking in with a news paper or magazine? I don't think you can be kicked out of a restaurant for reading a newspaper.

Not familiar with the whole story by prohibiting pictures and video inside your business is well within your legal means and doesn't violate anybody rights.

Now i dont know if this guy was just kicked out, or asked to take the glasses off and he refused or he was banned etc and theres probably a good tact a buisness could practice but besides that i dont see anything wrong here.

Have to look into it more.

Now this does not apply to innate traits such as being gay or black so don't be misunderstandin.

Because tiny-minded internet morons have nothing better to do than stick their noses in situations that are none of their business.

If any restaurant promises to toss any person out of their restaurant who talks on a cell phone, they'll get all of my business.

A guy pointing what is effectively a video camera at everyone continuously? Throw the bum out. If someone was continuously recording people with a cell or smart phone? Throw that bum out too.

Personally, I'd prefer a restaurant that prohibited people using cell phones inside. What to chatter with people not there? Go outside. Many basically shout into their phones - I suppose to make SURE everyone else hears.

I also think a business assuring privacy would be desirable to some people.

I was thinking that too, but then I thought what's the difference between that and people who are just loud talkers in general? I don't really care if someone is on their phone as long as that person is not with me. Obnoxious people will be obnoxious whether they have a phone or not.

See my post #167. Are you going to ban loud talkers too? What about people who blow their noses? That is the MOST rude and disgusting thing to do inside of a restaurant IMO. How about we ban the nose blowers?

But they're not a pair of glasses. Just because they're called "Google Glasses" doesn't make them glasses.

I got kicked out of Walmart as a kid cause my friends and I brought in a little camcorder. Didn't even do anything yet. Business owner can disallow the use of cameras on property.
