I see. When american martial rape in inevitable, lie back and enjoy it as best you can. It's no use complaining and calling it unfair and immoral "it's the w-a-y of the Americans!" I gotcha, Fiddly Dee!

Not really, but I think right-wingers would better serve themselves by gaining a Leftist education (particularly post-structuralists and post-colonialists) so as to better understand the mechanisms of empire, so as to evaluate what needs to be changed for the better (whether more moral, or also just to make it work better), but also used to aid foreign policy.

Selfishness is here to stay, everyone is out to get each other, but there is always room to maneuver more humanely and with far less bloodshed. While the UN and the IMF gives audience to many world powers and grants certain stability, only a small segment really pull the direction of the conversation. We think it benefits most, which I tend to believe, but it also really benefits us established powers.

If you really believed that, and I know you do not, you don't understand what communism is. I realize you are simply being disingenuous; not ignorant.

If I called Romney or Bush a Republican - Conservative, you would have corrected me. The fact is, it is very difficult, if not impossible, for either party to have a viable POTUS candidate that is not middle of the road.

Standard conservative answers. So what if Iran screws the pooch? In 6 months are they really going to be that much more ahead of where they are now if they deceive us? The answer is no, they won't. However, if they do deceive us, we can honestly say we gave them a shot to sit at the table with the rest of the civilized world and they screwed it up. Then, the very few countries that have supported them will have even more pressure on them to join in the sanctions (Russia and China come to mind). It's worth a friggin shot. We've being doing the status quo for the past 30 some odd years and it's gotten us nowhere.

It's also the right time to do it. With us pulling out of Afghanistan, if this thing is screwed up, we won't be in Afghanistan to feel the pain of it. We'll be pulling out already. Pres Obama screws a lot of stuff up, but I don't think he screwed this one up. Let me guess, you guys would rather we just go over and turn the country into a parking lot huh?

Finally, Iran has just as much reason to distrust us as we do them. If you guys read a little history, we were the ones who decided to meddle in their affairs way back in the 50's. All in the name of oil. So who should distrust who in this scenario?

You realize Uranium enrichment for Nuclear power needs is in the neighborhood of 3 to 5%?

So your'e good with a misogynistic Theocracies continued increase in enrichment ? I guess I'll chalk it up to the continued Liberals War on women.

This is about Obamas failed domestic politics, NOT any game change in Iran.

Clarify please. It's about domestic politics for you or he is doing this to affect domestic politics?
