Harry Reid is set to go nuclear

What's the nuclear option? - CNN.com

I seem to remember when this was considered before the Democrats were in charge (8 years or so ago) that this was a big deal, reading this from CNN and its presented as no big deal at all. "shocking"

You know with these volatile times, it was only a matter of time I guess. I had the hope that the Dem/Rep would come to a compromise, but it seems that time has come and gone. The whole issue with this is not what happens now, but what happens in the future.

This doesn't block filibustering of policy, just filibustering of judicial appointments other than SCOTUS appointments sooooo...... what are you talking about?
