It can be. Reminds me of people sitting around a campfire and telling jokes. Everybody knew the jokes, so they would just say a number relating to a joke. One guy says 17, and everybody laughs there ass off. Another guy says 25, and there is complete silence before one of the other campers says "Damn, you just don't know how to tell a joke".

Like other liberals you don't understand what you have done with the passage of Obamadon'tcare. Get the right Sec of HHS in place, no more government funded murder of the unborn. Of course with the wrong one like we have now, the executions will continue.

There is the rub, the minute difference you refer to is viability, not exact time. fact is NO ONE can tell down to the minute, more CON BS.
Aw but the paperwork makes all the difference on whether the executioner goes to jail or escapes justice. One minute difference can mean a new day which can mean a new trimester. But thanks for making an unintentional case against abortion.

Funny I don't see abortion listed in the 10 commandments, covet, keeping the Sabbath holy, idolatry, theft- but not aborting the unborn....
Try reading them again, just do it this time with your eyes open. Pay close attention to number six.

Now the Bible does mention abortion-

Exodus 21:22 gives the punishment for causing an UNWANTED abortion as a fine determined by the judges. Murder of the woman is punishable by death but not causing an abortion. causing her to lose the fetus is a civil lawsuit, killing the woman is eye for eye life for a life stuff.

Numbers 5 11:31 has a very detailed religious act to determine if a wife was made pregnant by a man other than her husband and if the fetus is by another man the ritual and 'water of bitterness' would abort the another man's child.
Sorry, your weak attempt at using theology has failed badly at making a case for murdering children. Heres one of a zillion quotes that show abortion is wrong: "Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter. If you say, "But we knew nothing about this," does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who guards your life know it? Will he not repay each person according to what he has done? (Proverbs 24:11-12).

You really should do more than attempt an very vague cherry pick of the Good Book, and the AMA set the execution guidelines- trying to spin up some vast gubmint conspiracy against fetuses is lame...

So the money you're on is CON lame bucks... and your stalking horse is still loose...
No cherry picking on my part of the bible. Trot on down to a local church and get the preacher to explain the bible to you. You've proven you are incapable of understanding it on your own.
You have also proven yourself uninformed on the ACA and the BS games the liberals played, specifically abortion, to get it to pass. It was a conspiracy that was done to still allow government funded abortion.
So, as I have proven to you, I am still right on the money. Limp on back to your barn and close the gate behind you.

Re: Ohio delays inmate's execution over organ donation

There are an average of 89 deaths of Americans daily in automobile accidents in the US as of 2011. Many of those are not good candidates for harvesting organs but that still leaves a sizable number each day.

How many executions does your state have daily? This isn't even worth trying. One may not adopt the criminal ways of a prisoner organ but there may be enough psychological reasons that such an expensive procedure would not be worth it.

More silly CON games. I cite the Bible, you wave vaguely at it. I cite the AMA and you try a CON dodge with ACA.

NONE of which shows the legal abortions allowed by LAW and the MEDICAL community are executions- that was just your hyper-partisan CON game.

Now which preacher should I go to? The one who burns Qurans, or maybe the one who says Gays are going to hell?? Perhaps the one who's Church allows gays to be pastors, or perhaps the one who shuffled pedophiles from parish to parish???

Typical, YOU vaguely wave at the Bible AND apparently require it to be explained by a preacher, as you have presented ZERO proof from the Holy Book...

No Sir your stalking horse is on it's last legs, bring abortion into something completely different and then rather than provide proof of ANYTHING you claim, drag the ACA in as well...

    CON game 101

You and I have differing definitions of "prove."

Look, he's correct that neither the AMA nor any part of the US government consider a legal abortion to be an "execution." Or murder. Or manslaughter. We know you disagree. Your opinion doesn't change the law.

There is still a shortage of organs. This idea would still be beneficial.

They should think about donating before they end up on death row. I say no.

So if an innocent person can receive the organ, you still think two people should die instead of one? nice.
