The processes of oil formation are no different from what happened a million or a hundred million years ago, and the clock is still moving with geological slowness.

In order to make all the supply we have found it would take about twenty-seven million years.

27 million years to make what we have now. Most estimates say oil will run out in 150 years or so. We will have a long wait at the gas stations then. In human terms there is no way we can wait for more oil to be made.

We don't have to wait millions of years. Every day more is made. Always has been. Will be tomorrow as well.

And once again, show me proof that we are using more than is being produced by mother earth. Other people have tried over the years and have failed, miserably.

What time frame in that "27 million years" was skipped and the earth quit producing oil? We are not waiting "millions of years" for the earth to produce oil, it's happening right now. By this time tomorrow, additional oil will have been produced since today, so to speak.
The process is delayed by nothing. And who is to say "150 years" is even close to being accurate? Everytime some clown has said we're running out, proven reserves skyrocket.

In human terms or any other terms, we are not waiting for more oil to be produced by mother earth. It's always happening.

It is happening in limited areas and at a snails pace. We are using it 1000's of times faster than it can be made. That's what you don't get.

You probably shouldn't mock people when you don't know what you're talking about.

There is still plenty of oil left for our use, my estimate is from 60 to 200 years. This gives us time to slowly phase in renewable resources such as wind, solar, ocean current , etc. I say use it while we have it, because we sure can't live without it now.

    Sounds fair enough. That's why I don't.

    OK, show me proof.

But I will expect it to be believable. Remember you are the one that typed this out, "LOL Do some research. There is NO oil being made today,". Now you claim otherwise.

Just what is a snails pace? You've gone from zero being produce to not enough. I'm betting because you heard somebody say that or read an article by somebody foolishly enough to write it, is why you came up with zero. Seems to me you are the one that doesn't get it as you have already changed your tune.

Sly, I am only going to address this part because all you are doing is repeating yourself...Answering my question with "it's irrelevant" is not an answer, that is a dodge...Because I think you know...See, I think you know that so called 'green energy' only accounts for 1% or so in total energy output in this country, and that destroys your claim of how good it is doing here.....So, have a nice night, we are done until you can have an honest conversation.
