article mentions the assassin "spoke to the deputy IM in his car" according to police. How is this known? was the killer caught?
al we see is police investigation..

There is some lines about assassination not being that uncommon..
 
Doubt it was Israel if the guy was in the car with him. Although the minister could have been double agent. Who knows.
