As long as Obama has his Tiger Team on this to fix the problem, apology accepted, all is forgiven...

I just hope the GOP will drop their war on civil rights and bring value to the table. I like Christie - a lot. But we'll see....

Of course not. A short video at Exclusive: Obama personally apologizes for Americans losing health coverage - U.S. News

President Obama said Thursday that he is "sorry" that some Americans are losing their current health insurance plans as a result of the Affordable Care Act, despite his promise that no one would have to give up a health plan they liked.

"I am sorry that they are finding themselves in this situation based on assurances they got from me," he told NBC News in an exclusive interview at the White House.

"We've got to work hard to make sure that they know we hear them and we are going to do everything we can to deal with folks who find themselves in a tough position as a consequence of this."

For more from President Obama's interview with Chuck Todd tune in to NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams at 6:30 pm ET.

I watched it just a few minutes ago on CNN, Erin Burnett Outfront, excepts to be sure with a 3 person panel discussing it. Gloria Borger and 2 others. I think his lead in to the I'm Sorry was a bit too much, but I thought later on when he said the Buck stops with me was great. I agree this will not stop any Republican from continuing on, it might however improve the independents view of him. He is at only 32% approval/favorable rating among independents. How they react, we will have to wait and see. But independents tend to like the man, but are not pleased with the way he is doing his job.

Personally, I am fairly satisfied, but that is not the same as being satisfied or fully satisfied. But I do feel better about this president than I have in a month or more.

But for way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.

Sorry. I can't support dynasties. Bush I was a good guy. Bush II was a destructive child (IMHO). I'm not up for Bush III but I am liking Christie I.

Fair enough - However, I wasn't pumping the "dynasty" - pumping Jeb Bush is not like pumping Chelsea Clinton - Jeb Bush is a very accomplished man and if anything the dynasty part hurts him. People shouldn't be judged by their relatives.

If his administration follows up with some adjustments that makes the plans requirements more fair, and get that website fixed they'll be ahead of this debacle.

With Obama's apology and $2.39, you can get a cup of coffee at the bagel shop.

This man, who I voted FOR in 2008, is a shady character. This is too little, too late.

((Besides, this is all Bush's fault))
He is just what happens when the Peter Principle is applied to politics. They should rename it the Obama Principle. I don't think he is so much shady as just checked out. He struck me as being over being President as soon as he lost the House. He just ran for re-election because that is what you are supposed to do to get history books written about you.

Senator Landrieu of LA has already introduced legislation in the senate to fulfill the promise of if you like your insurance you can keep it. That would be good enough for me if the president jumps aboard her bill. But until then, I will wait, watch and listening.

Fixing the Obamacare website will only make things worse. The more people that are exposed to Obamacare, the more outcry there will be against it. Socialism never works, has never worked and will not work now.
