They have no right to be on my property, to get my service, to force me to associate with them, or to be employed.

But you shouldn't, and it was never intended to work this way except with federal services and those businesses with functional monopolies. To be clear, I've never personally advocated or not hired someone because of their race, color, creed, gender or whom they choose to have sex with.

No, you don't. Your so called right declaration is in violation of my rights. You do not have the right to enter my propertyy, you do not have the right to service, and you damn well do not have the right to employment. I have the right to ignore your ass, throw you off my property, the right decide not to hire you, and finally the right to fire you for any reason I damn well please. It's my property, and my service you are dealing with. You have no rights on the table. Get off my property.

It's a bait bill put together by Reid for political hay. He knew it wouldn't go anywhere from the start. It's a tactic to get eyes off Obamacare. Good luck with that.

If you dont like peoples rights, the law and the rules that public access buisness plays by then dont open one, nobody is forcing you, basic common sense

if you think your opinions/philosophies are more important the law, rights and facts simply open that type of business, break the law and see what happens.

Democracy did what? I'm sorry, but what was the public support of the 1964 bill when it passed? What did people think of public accommodations in 1964? For that matter, what do people think of them today? Here is a hint: You are not the majority and never were. Stop thinking you are.
