Oh. And they also shouldn't try to use the coercive power of the state on each other when they find out that life isn't always fair.
So you support removing those protections for religion? Because life isn't always fair and someone may want to fire theists.

So no, I don't buy your schtick and will fully support adding LGBT to the list until the majority of conservatives work to remove ALL protections. Then we can talk.
99% of Republicans aren't really trying to do anything. They had complete majority for 4 years and did absolutely nothing to reverse previous actions by the left.

The only two apparent constants in US politics is that the Reps won't do **** and the Dems will always do something stupid.

sure, as far as association is concerned. The government can't do it, but a private enterprise should be free to hire and fire whom they please.

Correct, I agree to a point but I do support your right to express your opinion 100%.

The point being that while you can force compliance with a behavior, such force does not change human behavior. We have had anti-discrimination laws for over 50 years now and we still "need" them because despite forcing compliance, we have not actually changed anything about human behavior. It is my believe that not only are these many prejudices not ended, but are increased by the animosity and hatred of being forced to behave in a particular manor.

In the former Yugoslavia, Serbs, Muslims and others were forced to behave and not act upon their prejudices for over 50 years. The first thing they did once the force forcing the behavior upon them disappeared, the different groups went into genocidal frenzies against each other. No prejudices were ended. No change was made in human behavior.

Forced compliance simply does not work and we should not be pursuing more forced compliance but removing it and seeking other means to end prejudice.
Your example seems to prove to me that the protections were needed, not pointless.

What cure? I am speaking for myself now. As long as my dysphoria is cured I dont care how it is cured. I tried therapy and church for over 30 years to get rid of my thoughts but they didnt work. Now I am trying transition.

People that are LGBT should not be fired just because they are that. I don't think Christians should be fired just because they are Christian even though I don't agree with their "lifestyle" fully.
I know you won't agree with this but I believe a private business has the right to hire or fire whomever it wants PERIOD
