Re: Senate passes LGBT anti-discrimination bill

The act is misnamed. It should be the Next Payoff for Voting Liberal act.

well thank you for further proving you have absolutely no clue what you are talking about and you are severely uneducated on this topic.
You are 100% factually wrong it applies to everyone including you.

Next time actually read the bills and understand them first so you can avoid huge mistakes like the one you just made.

And you are factually and contextually wrong..again; since only one small group is embracing this legislation and this small group were the one's that appear to believe that their sexual orientation is a factor in their prospective employment, housing and anything else they feel emotional discomfort with regarding the intentions and or aspirations of those that say no to them. In my experience homosexuals, both male and female are inherently self absorbed, emotionally unstable, lack self esteem, and inexorably reflect their sexuality in everything they are and do. To this day I am yet to meet any homosexual that doesn't at least exhibit two of these three character flaws.

    But that's just me..

1.) nope Im 100% correct that this does not apply to only a small group, it bans discrimination based on sexual orientation that means it protects you too LOL
Thanks for proving that you too are severely uneducated on this bill and what it actually does.
I cant even believe you were topically uneducated enough to double down on the mentally retarded idea that this only applies to a small group, then again, with you, dealign with this topic and facts, maybe i shouldnt be surprised.

2.) doesnt matter who "embraces" the bill and actually in polling the majority embrace it, wrong again.
3.) your experience is also meaningless to the facts
4.) yes that is just you

as usual on this topic you are completely wrong and have no clue what you are talking about, try reading the bill, it protects you just like it protects all of us.
Always a pleasure using facts to prove you wrong and exposed and destroy your failed posts.

    Senate passes LGBT anti-discrimination bill
More progressive authoritarian nonsense FORCING people to accept others, when people have the RIGHT and FREEDOM to not accept others....

I would love to know how the authoritarians actually believe I should be FORCED to accept someone I don't want to...

I don't even give a **** about this topic either - my beef is with progressives shoving **** down peoples throats in authoritarian fashion..... Progressives have ZERO right to force opinions or ideas on people - that's why we have a First Amendment (which the Authoritarians/Orwellians seem to hate).

Re: Senate passes LGBT anti-discrimination bill

For those that have show how uneducated they are about this topic heres the actual bill

    https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s815/text

    (a)Employer Practices
It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer—

(1)to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise discriminate against any individual with respect to the compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment of the individual, because of such individual’s actual or perceived or gender identity; or

(2)to limit, segregate, or classify the employees or applicants for employment of the employer in any way that would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment or otherwise adversely affect the status of the individual as an employee, because of such individual’s actual or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity.

this bill protects everybody that has sexual orientation from being discriminated against for that orientation last i checked I think i read thats like 99% of the population.

Just like protection of gender and race discrimination applies to us all.

nothing in the bill makes you accept anybody . . . . . .nothing
nothing in the bill forces an opinion on you

if this passes everywhere just like today you will still be free to think hetero/homo/bi/as etc sexuality is unacceptable
if this passes everywhere just like today you will still be free to have any opinions or ideas about hetero/homo/bi/as etc sexualities you want
but please continue your very humorous factually wrong rant, its very funny.

Yeah, except that I have to associate with them, I can't fire them or not hire them for the reasons that I desire because they would be "unacceptable" according to the state, and I can not deny them serve for reasons I desire because the state would find those reasons "unacceptable". Its basically making my opinion on the matter irreverent and making me deal with people I don't desire to. He is right when he says it's authoritarian nonsense.

I think it's crazy that we've come to a point in this country where people think it's normal for a man to tuck in his junk and dress up like a lady, and we should all just turn the other way and accept it.

    Wild.
