Felons could have been hired as ObamaCare 'navigators,' Sebelius tells Senate panel

breaking rocks in the hot sun
they fought the law and the law won

Yes, but eventually people do their time and are released and we shouldn't hold past crimes against them. If a felon gets a job, that's not a problem. That general statement has nothing innately wrong with it. Now if these folk have additional information as to why that should be alarming or why there is danger, by all means elaborate. But I haven't seen it.

Just semantics, but isn't a "hacker" just a felon who hasn't yet been caught?

All felons used to be non-felons. Being a criminal who has never been caught doesn't show up on a background check, which was part of my point.

Fair enough - perhaps the more important question is how many felons become repeat felons?

I think this is the first election promise Barrack Obama has kept when he said he would deliver "Jobs, Jobs, Jobs".

Maybe not too many of them are having families to support.

What can we learn from that?

I would note that Obama is in his second term.

Really, for cost effectiveness, Obamacare paperwork should be done in prisons to put those criminals to work for their keep.

But a better idea would be to farm it out to India, Eastern Europe and Nigeria.

They're already making the license plates for our cars here in Ohio! Cut them a little slack, they need to relax, too...

It makes those outside McJobs seem not so bad.

Maybe you are fine with giving your personal information like SSN, Bank account info for payment, Address, etc. to people that may not be totally honorable people, and trust that the person you give that info to will not drain your bank account, and use your SSN to open credit accounts, not me.

This site is fraught with a lack of security, and in today's climate of identity fraud, I'd say that is a poor choice.
