Which would have been justice! A gungoon being shot dead for carrying a gun without even using it. That's another reason for all gungoons to carry concealed weapons. A good reason to shoot them dead!

I don't live there so that's why I get to laugh at it all.

Being taken down before he killed anyone. You have issue with that? Two victims may still be alive. Glad their deaths amuse you.

No issue at all, and I don't even live there. All gungoons who are seen carrying an AR type rifle have obviously bad intentions and should be shot on sight. You just know they're headed straight for some school where they are going to try to shoot some more children.

Wife had a bunch of doctors appoints and things to get straight. Then some hail damage to the house and it seems it goes on and on. Won't be until next year.

There are two armed LA cops at every baggage screening area at LAX.
Oh yeah... and this guy was exercising his 2nd amendment rights and was carrying an AR-15.
Probably a sportsman.

qeustion, if you shoot someone before he killed anyone, how could you have known he intended to kill someone unless you are clairvoyant?

All he has to do is prove to be a threat. If he produces a gun and attempts to aim it. Down he goes.

Any firearm a person carries with their finger in a firing position while aiming is a threat situation...

So it's not open carry that is the threat? You can see his finger at all times and that is the determining factor? If his finger is in front of the trigger guard OK. but on the trigger Blam?
What if there were a dozen guys open carrying ARs . You gonna watch every finger at every second ready to shoot if the finger position changes?
You can "aim" an AR from the hip ...can't you?
How could you tell?
