Obama approval rating hits an all time low.

I'll bet my right nut that the Libbos will defend Obama no matter what his approval numbers are, no matter how big of a train wreck Obamacare turns out to be.

You have to admit that the Obama diciples are way more fanatical.

The Obamabots have defended him since before he was elected. Why would they change their fanatical thinking now? Just blame Republicans and the disciples get in line to point fingers. Republicans even got blamed for the disaster called healthcare.gov. Right Kathleen Sebelius?

How many young people who voted for him will change their thinking when they start paying Obamacare premiums?

Or maybe the lemmings will just jump off a cliff? Tick tock...

Speaking of approval ratings and Congress, how are those numbers doing?

Congress, that really doesn't mean all that much since most people love their own congressmen but hate the other 434. What is interesting is Charlie Cooks and Larry Sabato's sites who rate the races district by district. Per these pro's who job it is to call elections and advise both parties, the house is looking like this on 30 Oct 2013, solid/safe seats: Republicans 199 Democrats 165, Likely/Lean seats 32 Republicans, 26 Democrats and toss up seats, 3 Republicans and 10 Democrats. You can do the math to see exactly how likely the Democrats chances are for winning back the house. Not very good. But with a year to go, who knows, things changes.

In the senate the Repubicans are looking real good at picking up 3 Democratically held seats, Montana, West Virginia and South Dakota and have a 50-50 shot at Arkansas. Not enough to win back the senate. On the other side of the ledger, the democrats have a chance at Georgia a republican held seat, but that seat is classified as Lean republican. But again, we are still a year out and who knows what issues or events will take place between now and then. But this give you a pretty acurate account of what would happen if the election were held today.

Second term presidents generally see lower ratings in their second term.

Especially when they are habitual liars. And these numbers were from a week ago before the latest, uh, developments.

That report was based on their own NBC/Wall Street Journal polls.

So according to one poll, which your picked out to fit your agenda, Obama has the lowest approval rating so far even though there are far more accurate polls (such as Gallups) which show him at 42% nearly 2 years ago? Well... otay.... next you'll be citing MRC as an unbiased source.

I'm not discounting or touting the poll. I just think its stupid to simply dismiss the poll by what entity commissioned it. Rasmussen and Gallup does its own polling. Most of the others contract polling firms to do it for them.

I know, what I find most interesting is the polling firm most Democrats say is nothing but a republican polling firm, Rasmussen is the one who has Obama the closes between approval and disapproval and Gallup, which most republicans say leans heavily towards the democrats has a 10 point gap between approval/disapproval. But the RCP Average really takes away a chance of a polling firm having a bad day.

Deal with it, like we had to deal with The Shrub. He's President for three more years, unless you guys have some drastic plans we are unaware of?

Pair Obama against either Paul or the loon Cruz and see how those numbers look. He still has a long way to go to match The Shrub.

At the rate he's going, Obama may do himself in long before that time is up.

If you mean what I think you do by "drastic" absolutely not. This isn't some third world dictatorship, we don't handle things that way here.

Yet....Someone tell Dear leader please.

Ask and ye shall receive:

Going inside NBC’s poll shows the following figures for the person below. These figures only include those who approve or disapprove, but not those who are neutral or have no opinion.

President Obama 42% approve 51% disapprove minus 9
Speaker Boehner 21% approve 43% disapprove minus 22
Senator Reid 17% approve 34% disapprove minus 17
Senator McConnell 17% approve 28% disapprove minus 11
Senator Cruz 19% approve 30% disapprove minus 11
Hillary Clinton 46% approve 36% disapprove plus 10
Governor Christie 33% approve 17% disapprove plus 16

Make of these numbers what you will. But I find it interesting that everyone who was involved in the shutdown is on the minus side of the ledger. Those two on the plus are no longer in the limelight and had nothing to do with the shutdown. Also note that the two people with the highest differential on the minus side are the two leaders of congress, Republican House Leader Speaker Boehner and Democratic Majority Senate Leader Reid.
