    Let's say that they lost $100k in inventory (and I figure that's double or triple what the number would have actually been) then how much do you think it will cost them on top of that to litigate this mess? They'll request full reimbursement from the Dept of Agriculture and be told "no" at which point they'll eat the loss because it makes no sense to do otherwise.

    I mean, seriously, who are they going to sue? The chick with 4 kids that gets $1100/mo in disability?

    They won't sue anyone, but I have no doubt they will write this off when they file their taxes.

    EBT is enabling, not assisting.

    Assistance would look like an EBT value = to 20% of their pay check. This encourages the recipiant to work.
