No need to grasp for straws. Care to show any large movement from teabagger types of the GOP while GWB was on a spending spree?

There is opposition and there is radical opposition. I think much of code pink could be described as radical opposition.

No and apparently you don't understand that there is nothing we can do about the Bush debt but we can about the Obama economic performance and the next three years. Instead of focusing on the Obama agenda and policies you want to discuss Bush and programs we can do nothing to change. Obama has three years left, has shutdown the govt. because he didn't get his way and now wants to increase the debt ceiling indicating no concern about the growing debt. If Obama was concerned about the debt and proposed spending cuts there would be no reason to increase the debt ceiling.

A half trillion dollars of each Obama budget is due to the TAD he inherited.

More ridiculous bull**** from the so-called media.

This, a poll of "random adults" from New York, on the Republican strategy concerning negotiations on raising the debt limit. I'd like to know the proportion of those surveyed who even know the difference between Republicans and Democrats, or the number who were able to correctly identify Obama's party. Some of these people probably don't even know who Obama is.

of this when you have such a strong economic recovery under Obamas leadership and the greatest piece of legislation in the history of the known world and even in the unknown world or worlds. For example when we start traveling to other planets and discover that other beings inhabit the universe with their own laws and legislation, it won't even come close to matching Obamacare or if we get sucked into a black hole which turns out to be a time warp sending us a million years into the future, all we will see is people or alien beings still thankful for Obamacare. So based on this, I think the GOP will tank and predict another of many more to come Obama victories...
    Obama-Care > E=MC2...

    You're right.

The Libs, even if they "win" this have nothing left to fall back on.

I meam how many times can you listen to someone tell you " the econonic recovery is right around the corner" before you finnaly chalk up their rhetoric to the ravings of a meth addict high on paint thinner and Peyote ?

I think the Website is "down" for a damn good reason.

The Democrats don't exactly want everyone to know just how much they've gotten screwed by the most "compassionate " political party in the whole Universe.

Not yet anyway. I expect after the mid terms it will be up running like a well oiled machine.....built by liars and crack head ideologist.

Well as well as a machine could run that was built by liars and glue heads

AUSTAN GOOLSBEE: I think the world vests too much power, certainly in the president, probably in Washington in general for its influence on the economy, because most all of the economy has nothing to do with the government.

And of course there are no state records to do that?
