So let me see if I have this right, produce is sent to D.C. for inspection then back to the states? Sounds like wasted expense to me

No, Bush had a totally Democrat Congress in 2007-2008 or did you forget? When did the economic numbers turn south? Since Congress was under Democrat control and the recession began in December 2007 the first full year of Democrat control it would seem that your logic would indicate that the Democrat Congress is responsible for those economic results just like Bush?

funny how these liberals are gasping for straws.

Yes, gasping. Not grasping. They seem not to be able to hold on to any!

To bad the Dems running congress back then didn't do like the GOP is now, uh?

Go ahead and show us when the Dems made a stand during Bushes presidency against wasteful government over spending. Oh, that's right. You can't ...imagine that.

It's not opinion Con, it's FACT you are hypocritical and lie. I have the posts showing that.

Your data is not what I have issues with, it's your conclusions about how those facts come about which are your OPINION.

I can beat you to death all day with verifiable data showing you to be exactly who you are, a typical third party whiner.
Data that you are hypocritical? Sure, we've seen it in your posts and you ain't beating nobody with it Con.

I am sure that is just an oversight on your part as you wouldn't want to intentionally mislead anyone, right?
Conservative....your posts speak for themselves. Look at your Avatar for God's sake....you worship the ground that GWB walks on and jump at every opportunity to flail and flounder trying to rehabilitate his failed legacy. Its never his fault with you....its always the fault of the Democrats that were in office....yet, with Obama...its always Obama's fault and nothing is said about the Republicans in Congress. I don't need to mislead as to your history...your posts speak for themselves. Like here....as I have said, Obama is no saint when it comes to creating debt, but yet, you've done nothing but spin and try to rationalize your hero's piece of history in contributing a great deal to that 17 trillion dollar figure. In fact, I suspect we'll see more attempts to spin and justify his record, because you cannot resist the uncontrollable need to try at all costs to defend your hero's failed legacy.
Its been several weeks since the Vegas shooting. Its it still "Too Early" or can we start having the conversation about finally doing something about these mass shootings???

And is it my imagination, or did the annual deficits skyrocket after the democrats took over the house...

yep, I am a conservative, grew up a Conservative Democrat but party affiliation has never been a big thing to me. I remain a conservative which today has no place in the Democrat Party. The Republican Party is closer to my point of view.
