My point is that after the stunt House Republicans are pulling you don't really get to complain about this.

When Democrats get on live television and personally hold a finger on a detonator wired to a thousand pounds of C4 in an elementary school (with school in session), then yeah, I'll admit that's pretty over the top and you'll have a right to complain. And I'll be like, "No! I don't support that!" But this? No. Be quiet, because you are not grasping the significance of just how spectacularly out of line Republicans are acting here.

Oh, shut up...the Republicans are the only ones negotiating...with themselves. They're passing bills using regular procedures. There are no tricks or stunts. Meanwhile, the Democrats stomp their feet and cry and name call.

    Okey dokey Annie Oakley.

By the way, what the democrats are doing is an actual procedure.

All Reince Priebus needs to do is hold a press conference and state unequivocally that any GOP House member that signs this petition will be declared anathema and they will receive ZERO party funds next election cycle. The RNC will also instigate and back the opposition in primary challenges.

Then watch all these democrat dreams go down the crapper...

Well, whether you consider something as a legitimate procedure or a trick is quickly becoming moot, so I would get used to it if I were you. We're all learning things this week about what the other side is capable and willing to do. Personally, I think holding the budget hostage is worse, but I can see how that can be seen as bias due to my ultimately supporting the PPACA. We'll just have to wait and see how it plays out.

Um, no...resurrecting pass bills to pass something that cannot otherwise be passed is a trick, a maneuver. Just like ACA was passed in the first place.

We have learned this week that the Democrats are perfectly capable of condemning their opponents for refusing to negotiate wile simultaneously refusing to even come to the table. At the same, we've learned that the Democrats will go so far as to tar their opponents as racists, terrorists, etc. simply because they disagree with the Democrats. That's what we have learned about the Democrats.

On the other hand, we have learned that the Republicans will actually pass bills, will compromise, and will not spam they're opponents with insults.
