9-Year-Old Girl Writes Letter to Congress Telling Them to Grow Up

Glad I could clear that up for you, now back to why taking money from honest hard working citizens
and redistributing it to the non-productive decreases the wealth of the nation?
oh and if higher taxes create greater employment then tax everyone at 100% and we will all have everything we could ever want, socialist paradise!

No, maybe you should go move to Cuba...

Funny how GW was allegedly abusing powers left and right but now that there is a democrat in office he's an angel that is looking out for the best.... When in reality this pumpkin head liar continued Bush's policies and is presently even more aggressive with them - lets also not forget his partisan attacks on his opposition via the IRS or the radical racists he's appointed....

I never said the pres was an angel. I don't always agree with him and I never accused pres Bush of abusing his power.

You're still fighting strawman. Step up and actually argue the points made. If you don't, the only logical conclusion is that you can't.

yer right I can't yer points are illogical
moar taxes equal moar employment
that does not compute
makes as much sense as:
"Unemployment insurance, the economists tell us, return $2 for every $1 that is put out there for unemployment insurance,"

Like I said, you're fighting strawman. You have not addressed what I actually said. :coffeepap

I have no idea 'what you actually said'
I think you are giving yourself far too much credit where no credit is due
if one were to engage with a straw man wouldn't setting him on fire be the prudent course of action?

If you don't know, re-read, ask questions, and at least try to address the argument being made.

no thanks I'm not going back and read that drivel AGAIN
it was silly enough the first time, if you've got something to say Type it out fer gawd's sake
use your words!

Liberal claptrap bores me to tears
I find it about as entertaining as letters from nine year old girls
(which I didn't read either)

The shutdown is purely symbolic and will make absolutely no substantial impact on this trainwreck known as Obamacare

You're not serious. First you misrepresent what I said, then you ignored when I corrected you.

But you are correct that this won't stop ACA, which most people want. They seem to oppose Obamacare and not the ACA.

First of all what you say would apply just as equally to the Dems. So spare us.

Secondly.

Bs!
It is the exact opposite for the majority, both Dems and Repubs.

Of course it applies to both, it's why I call them Republocrats. Duh.

Secondly, party politics is party politics and the vast majority of Republocrats serve the party system. It's not for the people, but for the Party fundraisers. The BS here is the inability to recognize the artificially polarized and partisan structure for what it is.

I can't believe you posted this. Or that someone "liked" it. :3oops:

As a matter of fact, it hints upon a an extremely powerful strategy that can be used to affect immediate change in Washington. All the little girl has to do is write a letter to Congress saying "unless you quit doing ... you won't get any pics of me in summer outfits."

If she does that, than in less than .0768 sec., govt. will be totally reformed :)
