Sorry, not so. Funding government programs requires the consent of the House, Senate and the President. Unless the president gets skipped in a veto override. The House has provided the means for funding the government as it see's fit and is required.
The Senate and the President are the one's that have created the injustice to the constitution by not meeting their obligations and responsibilities. They are the tyrants.

Save your apologies ... cherry-picking which laws they choose to uphold based on their personal agenda in order to subvert the legislative process is tyranny.

That's not even remotely true. Please stop making things up.

Nonsense. It is the job of the legislature to pass a budget for each fiscal year, and that requires deciding which programs to fund and by how much.

Lets also not forget, when the Democrats were dumb enough to change the legislative process on Obamadon'tcare, they ended up passing it on a budget bill because they didn't have the votes the regular way. So if it was passed on a budget bill there is not a better place to change the funding of it than a budget bill. Right where the Democrats placed it to begin with.
Are you aware that the Democrats already accepted the spending levels the Republicans demanded?

    The waivers aren't illegal.

Yes, the waivers are illegal. The president has no authority to decide to enforce the law selectively. Obama is far more lawless than the previous contenders for that title (Clinton, Nixon, LBJ).

Well, that fits Obama and the Dems to a tee. The GOP offered to fund everything but one item and Obama and Reid cherry picked that one item to hold up everything else.

So now the Congress gets to decide which laws should be maintained and which should be eliminated?

So if Democrats win the House in 2014 and they unilaterally (without the Senate or president's consent) decide to defund border patrols , NSA, and U.S. Customs to allow everyone to flood into the U.S., you're good with that because we no longer need to pass legislation to establish laws -- now, the U.S. House gets to unilaterally decide which laws should be laws?
