Did you ever come up with that poll that proves that the people really wanted single payer vice Obamacare?

Now they had their bluff called and they are scambling. Democrats have never refused that. Actually in April they passed a budget commitee that Republicans refused to do. So now they want that is very laughable. There needs to be a clean CR which is what America, Democrats, and the president wants. Period end of file no more hostage taking of the American credit.

".....Senator Ted Cruz pointed out that if the Senate ends up making any changes to the continuing resolution, they’d have to send it back to the House, and when they do, the GOP should add an amendment like his that would defund Obamacare. It's his "srategy" doncha know? A strategy that most moderate republicans find repulsive and could damage the GOP for the next ten or fifteen years at least. Whaddya want to bet they turn on him and let him hang himself?

Nope, Democrats aren't to blame for the shutting down the government....but Ted Cruz and his cohorts sure as hell are.

Yes and no. Remember the Senate has kept it's majority as well so if Americans wanted ACA repealed, they would have given control to the Republicans in the Senate and the Dems would have lost all their seats in the House as well that were up for re-election.

The Dems are following what THEIR constituents want as well even though I don't agree with ACA.

Personally, with all the hype, this is one bill I wish we could have everyone have a direct vote on to settle what "the people" want once and for all with this.

With FNC being the most watched news channel, the internet, radio, etc. You can't blame the "liberal" media on this one. There are plenty of sources out there for people. If you want to blame someone, it's the people that are at fault, not the media.

It is idiotic to think that just because a person got elected means the country elected them to keep a certain bill in place.
