Obama Address the Nation on the government shutdown.

Happens in every state and always has. BTW, how is it that such a practice occurs? That's right, the political party that controls the state government usually gets to draw the lines. Happens in those states controlled by the Dems too.

Notice the silence when a liberal is confused by facts. Apparently history only began when the GOP won the various state and local elections. Gerrymandering is obviously a new concept created by evil Republicans to shut out Democrats. Kind of like having ACA discussions behind locked closed doors without Republican participation

There's nothing "ad hom" about it. You can trace Conservative's talking points to Limbaugh almost point for point the day after he airs.....
Then point them out!

Just attacking Conservative or Limbaugh without naming the issues is ad hom.

Oh pulease....I even gave you an example. Just a few days ago....Conservative took to this site and must have used the term "low information voter" at least a dozen times. So I googled it.....SURE ENOUGH....in his program the day before, that talking point was the focus of Limbaugh's program. That is just one of many times I have found Conservative spouting off Limbaugh's talking points the day after......its easy....anyone with Google can do it.

You know what they say, "great minds think alike." :)

Democrats have been called 'low information voters' for a very long while, and justifiably so. The fact that you didn't know that pretty much sums up who you are.

But what is wrong with calling Democrats low information voters anyway, even if Limbaugh did use the expression first? We know Democrats are not very bright and tend to ignore facts which interfere with their feelings. That tends towards having little information, or knowledge, and why they use ad hom attacks on anyone who disagrees with them.

Calling them 'low information voters', rather than just 'stupid', is being quite kind, and you should appreciate it.

Just another example of liberals like disney making it about the person, rather than address the topic.

The shutdown ends as soon as Boehner grows some and lets the House vote on a clean bill.

Unnamed House Republican - "I shut down the government, and all I got was this ****ing T-shirt".

Propoganda....nothing more....nothing less. Look at actual voting demographics. There is a correlation between those with college degrees or higher and those who vote Democrat vs. Republican, which completely dispels your talking point...but hey....don't let the facts stop you...they never do.

While you're probably closer to right than wrong, I have to also point out that the bible belt has the highest concentration of stupid in the country if you're looking at voter intelligence. We're a nation mostly made up of stupid, and tricking stupid people into voting for you is how the game is played (unfortunately).

Obama has turned partisan into an art form..

When democrats run for office they will do the exact opposite of what they say when they puke their nonsense during campaign season.

Obama is a rogue totalitarian prick and his gang of progressives in congress will do whatever he says because they still cant get over the fact that he's half black (but portray him as if he is black)..

Obama is a big government totalitarian fascist **** and it's that simple....

10 Questions That Most College Students Can't Answer, But You Probably Can - Forbes

LOL....doesn't change the fact that those with college degrees and higher vote for Democrats. Dispels the whole "low information" Limbaugh talking point....which itself is ironic. The Limbaugh crowd are ALL low information voters.

No, these are horribly misinformed people.

It will take most of them several years to un-learn the crap they were told by their goofy leftist professors. Some of them will never learn.

I think that's giving him too much credit. It's art when you're eviscerating the opposition while not seeming to be partisan. Obama is blatantly partisan, and he's blatantly partisan all the time. He's never really made the transition from being a legislator to being a President.

Actually, you're mistaken. Those with graduate degrees vote for Democrats, college degree tend to vote Republican. Just google exit polls for any of the past few elections and you'll see it.

Democrats rely on the poor and uneducated, and the hyper-educated who don't work in the private sector much. The working class votes Republican.

In fact he didn't even do much legislating either.

Goofy Disney knows that already. But his handlers tell him to say otherwise.

The only people who call dems "low information voters" are a bunch of racists cons (former Dixiecrats). Nobody gives a crap about their opinions, so they resort to insults to save face. As they continue to lose elections, I expect the petty insults to increase. It's hilarious to see them embarrass themselves into oblivion.

Where did you get your "facts" from that says, "The only people who call dems "low information voters" are a bunch of racists cons (former Dixiecrats)."?

Nope....demographics show just the opposite. Republicans rely on the uneducated that will vote against their own interests as long as the Republicans push their right-wing social agenda. Look at the areas where the Republican party is strong. It tends to be the more rural areas where education is not a top priority.

You're going by area rather than vote-by-vote. Check the exit polls, you'll see. Actually, I'll get the 2012 ones for you:

Presidential Race - 2012 Election Center - Elections & Politics from CNN.com

College Graduates were actually the only group Romney won, 51-47. Obama won dropouts, high school graduates, and postgraduates.

I don't really chalk this up to education, so much as college graduates without postgraduate degrees are the most likely to be big money earners in the private sector, and so their self-interest is to ally with whichever party looks out for the taxpayers.
