Because conservatives can't argue against it on the merits, and only have talking points. It also doesn't help that Obamacare is modeled on Romneycare, which was a conservative idea, proposed by conservative think tanks, promoted by conservative leaders like Gingrich and implemented by a conservative governor (and it works pretty well).

At this point, therefore, it's all about Obamaphobia and nothing else.

Cutting the military after ending Bush's two useless vanity wars helped. Not to mention economic growth spurred by the Stimulus after Bush left the economy on the brink of collapse.

If Obama has generated a reduction in the deficit what economic policy did he put in place that did that? You think his proposal of a 3.77 trillion dollar budget lowered the deficit? What exactly has Obama cut? How much do you think those 22 million unemployed/under employed/discouraged workers are adding to the treasury?

I love it when conservatives pretend that there policies of deregulation and tax cuts for Paris Hilton, after failing on a massive scale and resulting in the largest macroeconomic turndown since the Great Depression, didn't result in any lasting harm.

Really? Obama ended the Iraq War? did he negotiate the Status of Force agreement in October 2008? He is really amazing, isn't he?

Gee, imagine that a 844 billion dollar stimulus program adding to GDP. That is brilliant economic policy which I am sure has generated the incredible economic results we have today like 6.4 trillion added to the debt, 22 million unemployed/under employed/discouraged workers, 48 million on food stamps, and incredible economic growth of 2%. Yes, that European style economy is booming, high unemployment, high debt, and low economic growth. Congratulations!

Ignoring data and facts is the foundation of the liberal playbook. Cannot wait until you get the bill that your checking or savings account cannot handle. Maybe then you will wake up.

1.Aw yes, keeping more of what you earn is an expense to the liberal govt, because people never spend their money the right way. Seems that selective tax cuts are only thing that matters because those evil rich people only bury their case in the back yard

2. Starting of two wars was supported by the Democrats who controlled the Senate but unless I am wrong a couple planes took down the WTC but then again the only people that forgot were liberals.

Did you ever take a civics class in high school? I remember, a few decades ago, learning about how bills are passed and put into law. The bill is introduced, there are hearings, proposed amendments, a vote, if it is passed it goes onto the senate, they do their thing, pass it on to the president or send it back to the house. If it is sent to the president, he signs it into law or vetoes it. If it is signed, and a party believes it is unconstitutional, they can challenge it in court. If they lose, the bill will be law, and there's one thing they can do about it: win the next election. There wasn't anything in class about threatening to shut down the government and harm millions of Americans in an effort to get the law repealed. Is that government or organized crime? How in the world could you or anybody else accept this disgusting display of theatrics? How could you watch Americans be harmed by this when AMERICA VOTED FOR OBAMA. THEY VOTED DEMOCRATS INTO CONGRESS. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean you should approve of blowing up the capitol. What is wrong with you people? That's a real question. Why don't you understand how the government works?

No one has said that! The reference was to "Single Payer," which the government would control, as they currently do Medicare.

The ACA is the law of the land, there is nothing saying that it cannot be defunded, that is civics 101. Obviously you missed that. Further Obama negotiated exemptions for supporters, unions, and big backers. didn't see that in the original bill. Now the House wants all Americans treated the same way and you have a problem with that? How liberal of you?

From what I can tell you have no idea what the overwhelming majority of the public believes because you live in La La land out of touch with reality. You have no idea what is going on in your own state let alone the nation. I gave you the Real Clear Politics polls on Obamacare which you ignored. You ignored the makeup of the People's House. You ignored the 2010 elections as well as the 2012 elections with the GOP retaining the House. It is going to be lonesome in your world when the rest of the country actually sees the Obama results, results that Obamabots don't want to even discuss.

Well then since the overwhelming public, probably all ten or so of the people you know, are against the actions of the House, then there really isn't anything else to discuss. You can continue to do what you always do, embarrass yourself by showing your own ignorance. Obama and liberalism is driving us over the cliff so it doesn't really matter what you think, the numbers just don't support your position but then again someone who worked at Disneyland is always used to Fantasy and make believe. You can make believe that Obama has done a good job but the numbers just don't show it and only Obamabots support him which today is about 44% which is his real clear politics approval rating.
