Exactly what is the 'gay lifestyle' and how does it differ from the straight one?

I think it more likely that SCOTUS will nickle and dime it on rules, rather than a sweeping one. It's hard to predict when the House of Reps would pass ENDA. Opposition to gay rights is still a Republican candidate's in the Republican Primary acid test.

I dont think SCOTUS will be able to nickle and dime it, once the issue hits them directly they will have to rule IMO. But im not sure when that will happen, my guess is 5 years at the absolute max.

Now i think SSCs will nickle and dime it. The best part is the state banning is exactly whats going to HELP SSCs grant equal rights for gays. Just a little bit of poetry.

Im also not sure about ENDA, the fall of DOMA help greatly but i dont see that happening soon but it would be great if it did, and if that happens before SCOTUS then it will force SCOTUS.
