There have been a number of good proposals submitted by the GOP but neither Obama or the media have reported those programs. It serves no purpose to discuss them now.
In other words all you have is an opinion then?OK.

The point remains, there is nothing that the federal Govt. does that is efficient, cost effective, and provides better quality.
The last i heard was that the VA was providing healthcare at a lower cost then even Medicare and we know(at least those of us not brainwashed by right-wing media) that Medicare is more cost effective than private insurance companies and its lucrative salaries to its executives/CEO,s.

All you get with Obamacare is maybe improved access but certainly not improved service or quality.
How do you know that " certainly not improved service or quality "?It don't go into effect until Jan. of 2014.Got the ole crystal ball outta hock didja?

What’s to compromise on? It’s now the law of the land. Shoulda just made Medicare for all that want it and been done with it. Now were stuck with this twenty five hundred page POS that will be changed(hopefully) sometime, in the future, to a national health-care system similar to Medicare.

A number of issues starting with the exemptions. Why were they given and why won't Obama negotiate with the House on more? Guess it is ok to negotiate with supporters and contributors but not Representatives in the Peoples' House. Congress should have their healthcare plan scrapped and all put on Obamacare with no exceptions or exemptions.

The best statement I heard today was from a pundit talking about the problems with the website and delays, "If you like the DMV and the IRS you are going to love Obamacare"

<Harland Dorrinson, 47, a tire salesman from Lexington, Kentucky, packed up his family and whatever belongings he could fit into his Chevy Suburban just hours before the health-insurance exchanges opened, joining the Tea Party’s Freedom Caravan with one goal in mind: escape from Obamacare. >

So you've never heard of ACOs, which is changing the healthcare landscape quite dramatically, and is a major piece of the ACA....yet you pretend to know why the ACA is bad for all of us.

    Use the ****ing google.
Many Trump supporters have lots of problems, and those deplorables are bringing those problems to us. They’re racists. They’re misogynists. They’re islamophobic. They're xenophobes and homophobes. And some, I assume, are good people.

How does an ACO relate to a govt. funded federal entitlement program? Why is ACA good for us all, that is the question that no liberal can answer. How will ACA help you and your family? I lost my doctor due to Medicare which I am forced to take, millions are going to lose their healthcare under Obamacare but for some reason that is too difficult for you to comprehend. It isn't the Federal Government's role to create this program, why do you really think they did it? Your states uninsured costs are bourn by your state not the federal taxpayers so I know God gave you a brain, think for a change. What benefit is there to the Federal Govt. with Obamacare?
