    it is not like there will be a infinite amount of funds available. parties and political candidates would have a limited amount of cash, say 500,000 dollars.

    How many parties will get the seed money to field their candidates?
    I don't often change my signature, but this was just too over the top to let anyone forget with what this country is up against...

    No, I'm asking who will decide who and who doesn't receive the financing?
