At any rate, if your taking expulsion to mean he can never return to that school then of course no, it's for the remainder of the school year. Considering school just started, that's a year and feels like expulsion to the parents as they said. But THAT aside. Suspended for the rest of the school year, which is essentially the whole year on a WEAPONS/FIREARMS CHARGE. Yet the debate keeps focusing on whether or not kids should play with toy guns. That's a legitimate debate on its own. It's just not the op topic.
