The gun was not shot from the bus stop, whether the person claiming to be shot was there or not. This means it would not be the school's responsibility legally. They are overstepping themselves because the shooter happened to go to their school. I have no doubt that the school board doesn't even care if their was anyone shot, nor where they were shot, but only that the shooter was a student and they found out about it.
Meh, I really don't care that much about this to get into a full blown argument. I was just making a comment.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - A seventh grade Virginia Beach student previously suspended for shooting an airsoft gun has been expelled, WAVY.com has learned.

During a hearing Tuesday morning, Aidan Clark was expelled in a unanimous vote. The fate of Khalid Caraballo remains unknown at this time.

Like thousands of others in Hampton Roads, Khalid Caraballo plays with airsoft guns. Caraballo and his friend Aidan were suspended because they shot two other friends who were with them while playing with the guns as they waited for the school bus.

The two seventh graders say they never went to the bus stop; they fired the airsoft guns while on Caraballo's private property.

Aidanís father, Tim Clark, told WAVY.com what happened next lacks commons sense. The children were suspended for possession, handling and use of a firearm.

Yeah most progressives a "meh" or have no opinon but when I call them fascists in other threads they will say "prove it."

Of course they will say "I don't support that" while every POS progressive in this nation will....

You know you do progressives but you just cant admit it - you will certainly vote the same asshole that proposes such bans and legislation without question just so you get something for free.....

Me and my friends used to play "army" when I was a kid - we would bring our toy guns to school and have a hoot before school, recess and after school...

I suppose that was nothing compared to tackle football..

I even broke my collarbone playing that contact game, and my parents never sued and once I was healed I was back playing tackle football..

The best part is we didn't even have a flippn' football to play football - we used a stick - seriously - a stick

Of course this is back in 1987-1988.....

Now days coaches are fined 200 bucks and suspended a week for beating teams by 35 points or more...

    Progressives...
