Of course. Healthy criticism is necessary in any democracy but opinions should be based on facts and with some perspective. My country always wrong doesn't work either.But inside the U.S., when you're communitcating with other Americans that's not the way it should be.
Agreed.An honest discussion of ways to improve this nation needs to happen and that improvement isn't going to happen with people sticking their heads in the sand and pretending the U.S. is above reproach. I'd like this country to stop supporting Al-Qaeda because that would be an improvement to how this country works.
This isn't good for the Republicans next time a foreign policy question emerges pertaining to Iran. Usually there go to move is we should bomb the s*** out of them because they are evil, power hungry, nuke wielding, extremists. Now they might have to actually comment of foreign policy in the middle east (scary thoughts)
