Nah not me.....I just mentioned that, since there have been reports out by the MS Media stating that US Intel has been lacking in credibility. While Hagel admitted that in front of them since he was being questioned about it.

Another 30,000 to 35,000 are hardline Islamists who share much of the outlook of the jihadists, but are focused purely on the Syrian war rather than a wider international struggle.

There are also at least a further 30,000 moderates belonging to groups that have an Islamic character, meaning only a small minority of the rebels are linked to secular or purely nationalist groups.

The stark assessment, to be published later this week, accords with the view of Western diplomats estimate that less than one third of the opposition forces are "palatable" to Britain, while American envoys put the figure even lower.

I've said it once and I'll say it again, we don't need to touch the Syria issue at all, stay out of it!

I believe it more because it's a democratic government with accountability, not a private (profit based) corp seeking PR.

If we take both into account:

Kerry says 75-85% of rebels are not "Islamist extremists".
The private company claims 30% are moderates.

Let's average them... ~50% of the rebels are not terrorists. Another perhaps 20% are questionable. ~30% are badguys of one sort or another.

Also, why do you believe this report, when there is no evidence or source given.
    Not true.

    Reported August 23, 2013:

"The Free Syrian Army - as well as the Al-Qaeda affiliated al-Nusra Front and other groups - have also been using increasingly potent captured artillery. This has included Grad surface-to-surface rockets analysts say were vital to the Islamist-led push into Latakia." (Syria government, rebels ramp up conventional weapons use | Reuters)'

    Reported in July 2013:

"These antiaircraft, antitank, and surface-to-surface weapons are in the hands of both the Free Syrian Army (FSA), which is considered relatively moderate, and the local and global Islamist forces, and are being used to combat aircraft, armored vehicles, and regime bases." We are talking about a specific type of rocket, which international observers say the rebels do not have.

The team did identify two types or rockets it said were used to deliver the gas and their trajectories, and international observers have said those weapons are not known to be in the hands of rebels battling the government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

Australian U.N. Ambassador Gary Quinlan, who is currently serving as president of the Security Council, said the report bolsters his country's stance. It "confirms, in our view, that there is no remaining doubt that it was the regime that used chemical weapons."

And Samantha Power, the U.S. ambassador, said a preliminary review of the report points toward forces loyal to al-Assad. "The regime possesses sarin, and we have no evidence that the opposition possesses sarin," Power said. "It defies logic" to think members of the opposition would have infiltrated a regime-controlled area to fire on opposition-controlled areas.

Britain, France, and NATO have also said al-Assad's regime was behind the attack. But Russia is Syria's leading ally, and Russian U.N. Ambassador Vitaly Churkin maintained Moscow's stance that Syrian rebels might be to blame.

Look at all the evidence. It's obvious that Assad gassed Damascus.

There is no way that rebels could infiltrate ~10 locations within Assad controlled territory in Damascus, prepare and launch rockets, without detection or resistance.
