Certainly not, but this time it was... the way it was handled for the past 2 weeks was embarrassing. But it isn't over yet.... as they hammer out the deal "conditions" will now come into play. I just saw on CNN that Russia's draft proposal will include:

I'm still hopeful the deal goes through.

“I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on what’s being proposed here, he’d agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute.” - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

Looks like you forgot all those Dems that signed the Dotted line over Iraq which would even include Hillary Dillary Dock.....there is no difference between Neo Cons and Neo Libs. Other than who is going to be in charge.

Both would sell out the Sovereignty of this Country in less than a blink of an eye, and that includes Your Man Obama.

I'm assuming that you are referring to Bush, Jr., who had the okay votes of both parties in Congress, including Hillary and other important members, plus the UN, to attack Iraq. All saw the secret intelligence reports that were presented at the time, and they made the decision to invade based on those, and voted yes. I also lost friends in Iraq, but I don't believe they died for lies. Saddam was ousted, so that's a good thing, IMO..:

Why exactly is it important to win a dick waving contest with Russia? The Cold War is long over. They don't have to be our enemies. We can certainly make them our enemies, but we don't have to, and most people who aren't stuck in the Cold War don't want to.

What they want is to avoid military action by the USofA. What they have to do in order to avoid it doesn't need to something they want to do. It beats the alternative.

How much more pretending are you going to do?

Of course there will be those who say that this is some kind of masterwork of diplomacy attributed to Obama's amazing foreign policy planning. It isn't.

Putin sort of bailed Obama out of a mess while getting a HUGE boost to his political power in the ME and with the UN. Through this whole process Putin got what he wanted and Obama got nothing.

What do you think international politics and policy is all about? What do you think Obama has been doing with Syria for the past two weeks? Dick waving....

No one's claiming the Cold War isn't over and our President could turn around the relationship with Russia any time he wants to. Question is: When's he going to start working on that?

I'd say Obama got exactly what he wanted.

I think everyone knows what geopolitics is about:

Phase 1: Kill the brown people and Muslims, US domination.
    Phase 2: ?
    Phase 3: Profit
