I do not support this kind of action in any way, shape, or form.

Does anyone think that once we start, we'll not become involved in a much bigger way?

I see a domino effect happening here, and I don't like it one bit.

    i don't support it, either.

it's Saudi Arabia's duty as regional power to handle this. we should no more be involved in this than SA should be involved in a Mexican civil war.

second, in the time it has taken us to plan (and report every detail of) this strike, Assad has probably moved everything not bolted down into civilian areas where we can't send missles. the strikes will not be successful.

it upsets me that we are preparing to plunge yet again into war when our own house is not in order. this will be a proxy war with other superpowers and regional aggressors, and we are going to pay for it. this would have been the perfect opportunity to resign our role as global policeman, but we didn't take it, and instead chose to draw a line in the sand. it was a mistake.

Three days of attack and fifteen years of U.S. occupation as Washington pees on the democratic process in America to "establish a people's voice" in Syria.

    Wait...what? Seriously?

Does the UN count as a credible and reliable source?

decorated veteran? You mean the one who sold out the US while others were suffering just as much as him or the John McCain who turned his back on POWs/MIAs during Senate hearings in the early 1990s?

    Just wondering...

I will ask USA, Please stop disturbing other country. Think about your country's issues, which concerns me more than interfering to other countries political which obliviously makes situation worse than before.

“I know that the American people are weary after a decade of war, even as the war in Iraq has ended, and the war in Afghanistan is winding down. That’s why we’re not putting our troops in the middle of somebody else’s war,” Mr Obama said.

The United States tightened security at diplomatic missions in Lebanon and Turkey on Friday because of threats, ordering personnel out of Lebanon and offering to evacuate those in Adana in southeastern Turkey.

In Lebanon, officials ordered non-emergency personnel and their family members out of the country “due to threats,” the U.S. Embassy in Beirut said in statement.

The State Department urged “U.S. citizens to avoid all travel to Lebanon because of current safety and security concerns.”

In Turkey, U.S. officials offered voluntary evacuation to reduce its diplomatic presence at the consulate in Adana, Turkey, “because of threats against U.S. government facilities and personnel.” Adana is near the border with Syria.

“The Consulate General in Adana has been authorized to draw down its non-emergency staff and family members,” the State Department said in a statement.

It also recommended “that U.S. citizens defer non-essential travel to southeastern Turkey.”

As soon as we have AlQ and AlN in charge of Syria, our plan (dividing up Turkey) will be put into action.
