Eh, whatever way some want to spin it, Hasans actions were an act of Terrorism. There is absolutely no dispute about Hasan’s motives or affiliations. He was acting to aid the Taliban after admitting he corresponded with an Al Qaeda leader (Anwar Al-Awlaki).

A lot of things create new terrorists. I don't think we should refrain from doing something right based on how terrorists might perceive it.We are actually doing him a favor by putting him out of his misery and at the same time creating a new martyr for the terrorists.
