So you were okay with the debt his policies left us in? I would hate to see old Ronnie's spending in todays numbers my guess it would double Obama's! I for one am sick and tired of hearing how conservatives love to say debt is on the backs of our children when three of the main causes are thier glory boys.

Do you realize you just said only a hack would pretend recessions rebound twice as strong as the downturn? In other words, you just defended Obama. Good job.

But, ignoring for a moment your improper statement, I know what you meant. The problem is your assessment that because other similar things happened, this should happen. That is a fallacious argument, as it ignores important things like "the causes". But don't worry, I won't expect you to understand this, I know your understanding of fallacies is quite limited.

Also, Barry had near complete control of both houses of congress for the first two years, and couldn't be bothered to do things that actually helped the situation
Uhh, in the first two years we stopped our recession and began improving the economy. You do understand the economy is not a light switch, correct? Well, you probably don't, because you're blinded by partisan politics, but reasonable people do.

instead he chose to pay off political allies, and ram broad new entitlements down our throats....Now we are 5 years in and it is still a mess out there....Great job!
I can't help but notice you completely ignored the fact you would be completely wrong to say Obama's policies had anything to do with the article you posted, especially since your own thread title refuted the very question.

But hey, you continue your ridiculous and baseless accusations and insults. I'll just be the guy over here chuckling at you.

Oh, you mean most of the things which were occurring before he even took office? Got it.

Oh so wrong...I beg you to look back side by side at the history of both recoveries....You'll see that by this time Reagan's economy was smokin along at 6% I think....Obama's? Well, let's just say that 0 would be kind.

If you want to look for someone to blame you really need to start with GW. He entered the office with a surplus and left with an enormous debt. He deregulated Wall Street, he lowered taxes for the rich while operating two wars...

When might you progressives actually stop childishly blaming the guy that has been out of office for 5 years now, and start looking at what your guy is doing..... What am I thinking....I know...NEVER!
