If, when defending your support for Donald Trump, and your response is,
"But but but... HILLARY!!!", then you lost the argument before you even began.
I find it more than just a little ironic that a large number of people in this thread are using this particular crime to make political points. Everything from the "crisis" of the "black" community to pushing for more concealed carrying permits and on to enlarging and hastening the death penalty. I have heard aruments using this case as proof that racial profiling should be used and used more. There are those arguing how black leaders need to change the black community. There are those arguing for quicker/more dramatic use of the death penalty and increased use of police powers to combat this sort of thing. I would ask those making these arguments to remember this the next time there is a mass shooting and not make the argument how the gun control liberals are using a tragedy to make a political point.
The second thing I would ask everyone here is that if this is proof that the black community is in crisis and black leaders need to take action then what about the white community. It is fact that the vast majority of mass shootings are commited by whites and white men in specific. Is the white male community in crisis? What about allowing the police to profile white males in order to prevent more mass shootings? What are white leaders doing to address the crisis among white men?
