    I agree.

What would the alternate solution be for crowd control?

OK, so how do you allow a free path to patrons of a business to traverse, unmolested? Or at least walk to a destination free of fear?

She was on a public space using her rights to voice her opinion in a public space.

    You didn't answer the question.

    How about a different one.

Why does her right to block a path meant for moment, supersede a person's right who wants to use that path to move on?

I don't mean to gang up on you with planar but really, if someone has been deemed to be breaking the law what milder way of control is their than pepper spray?

So in essence "blocking a path" is when a group of protesters is big? Big enough when they march they are on the street and take up the whole space? So when a group of people all use their rights and combine their force and march on a public space they then become "blocking their path" just because they are a big protest?

They were on a public sidewalk, also on the street, and not marching. They were intentionally blocking the access to the bank.
