U.S. Issues Worldwide Travel Alert

The State Dept. calls it, "an abundance of caution"

Wonder if that includes travel within the continental US?

Probably not, seems to refer to embassies and locales abroad. You can't really keep Americans from traveling around back home in any case, and if it were to include travel within CONUS you'd think they'd have been a little more specific.

.gov needs to justify it's throughly unConstitutional, completely crimnal, wildly expensive, and more or less useless intrusion on American liberty in the name of fighting boogeymen.
