Anyone who only just noticed signs of economic decline must have been comatose the last five years since Wall Street did a flight 93 on the world's economy.

    Couldn't resist. Sorry.

AUSTAN GOOLSBEE: I think the world vests too much power, certainly in the president, probably in Washington in general for its influence on the economy, because most all of the economy has nothing to do with the government.

    Wall Steeet ? LOL !!!

    The ignorance is catching apparently.

First of all Wall Street and the banks have never had it so good under any other President.

And second, how desperatrly pathetic is it that the best you Libs can do 5 ears in is blame Obama's predecessor.

Ans for something he did not do. The Democrats set up Fannie and Freddie to be run like ENRON in the 90s and it cost the Treasury 5 trillion in 2008.

Youv'e again decided to go off half cocked not knowing what the hell you're talking about.

He's done more for Wall Street and the banks than ANY other President and as a plaintiffs attorney in Chicago wen't around filing false "discrimination" claims while Clinton and Janet Reno were threatening banks who would not play ball.

Obama, as a Senator was #3 on the list of Politicians who recieved the Highest campaign Contributions from the Corrupt Fannie and Freddie.

FFS Fannie Mae started injecting " AAA" toxic MBSs into the Markets long before they were privately created in the 2000s and bought up to 40% of ALL private MBSs by 2004.

Thats right around the time Fannies regulator was warning Democrats of the impending collapse.

The Democrats response to the warnings ? Sit in front of Republican chaired Committees and lie about the fiscal health of the GSEs.

    Just like they're doing now.

Thanks for giving credence to my joke. Without you, it'd just be nonsensenical. You give it meat. Thanks.

So a President is supposed to ignore the CIA, other foreign intelligence agencies all because somebody that goes by Boo Radley using dishonest 20/20 hindsight says so. naw, naw. I'll stick with the system the presidents use.

You are correct. Whether I think he lies or not is irrelevant. He is a proven liar beyond any doubt and still ends up Sec of State. But it says a lot about two people in particular (him and the guy that appointed him) and a large group of people in general (those that disregard his lies because he is a leftist).

You really have no idea what happened, do you? Bush had to used doubted intel, doubted by the CIA, to lead us to war. You really need to read up as it is quite far down the road for someone to not know this.

All politicians have lied, but that's not the point here. Here we know he did not lie about he'd do. He said he'd oppose Bush if he went outside the UN, and he did. This is merely a fact.

yeah right...I mean wrong...there were no WMDs as reliable intelligence said there were none.

And even when the UN failed to find any WMDs President G W Bush dropped bombs on Iraq anyway as his personal vendetta.

When it comes to matters of reproduce health, Politicians and the religious dogma of another faith should never interfere with religious liberty of an individual or her faith.
