That's ridiculous hyperbole. You just don't think there should be any restrictions on abortion so any and all restrictions are worst case scenario for you.

But by all means, please, quote from your link where it says "12 weeks is the elective limit, but women can just keep electively aborting after that if they want."
can't be bothered darling but I took the time to read it.
George Monboit "Neoliberalism is inherently incompatible with democracy, as people will always rebel against the austerity and fiscal tyranny it prescribes. Something has to give, and it must be the people. This is the true road to serfdom: disinventing democracy on behalf of the elite."

That is really what is it all about. Forcing women to resort to dangerous illegal abortions like in other countries where it is illegal. The pro-illegal abortionists strike again.

LONDON -- Abortion rates are higher in countries where the procedure is illegal and nearly half of all abortions worldwide are unsafe, with the vast majority in developing countries, a new study concludes.
About 47,000 women died from unsafe abortions in 2008, and another 8.5 million women had serious medical complications

Exactly. This does not make them illegal and still allows for elective abortion well into the second trimester (sadly). The doomsday stuff it silly and tends to show a little disingenuousness in those who claim they don't like late term abortions.

I've already read the entire page. You don't seem to know what elective abortions are so I'll explain it to you.

An elective abortion is when there are NO medical complications, the mother simply doesn't want it anymore.

So either post this evidence that women can just electively abort past the 12 week limit there no problem, and I'll concede.

When have businesses losing business due to regulation ever been a concern for you? This is only going to be the law for Texas. There ARE other states.

Where are Texas women going to get these abortions when all but 4 clinics are closed?

There are also other countries but the Supreme Court has ruled that women have the RIGHT to an abortion in their OWN State.

And it's still an uninfringed right up until the 20th week.
