    Kay Hagan(D-NC)Mark Pryor(D-AR)Mary Landrieau(D-LA) signed their political death warrants. All are up for reelection in states Obama lost and where I doubt this bill is popular.
    Lamar Alexander(R-TN)Lindsey Graham(R-SC) also did so.
