I guess he figures he can tell poor African nations what they should do, while Arabic Muslim countries get to tell him what to do.

Especially the Saudi who like to trick Foreigners then lock them up for the crimes. Again those Sunni Clerics and Shia Clerics hold more influence than their Political leaders. Which IMO lead us to a Solution to a major problem for all and every Muslim.
