I don't know what they would have to be, but it would certainly not be the party that is just socialism away from being the neo nazis.

Ct. did to aid states to stop them from voting, they're more likely to vote Dem hoping one or two of the con Justices dies or leaves for some other reason and a Dem president appoints a lib judge(s) ... also, if a lib judge leaves, they'll want a Dem pres. to replace her/him ...

It wasn't "gutted" it was sent back to be updated with current statistics so it makes sense.

they know what the House Republicans are ready to do (and not do) ... it was gutted my friend (but I'm not giving up hope completely) ... we're already seeing what states are doing ... just saw a report that Texas came up with a voter suppression plan aimed at Latinos that the feds stopped, but now they can go with it ... according to the state's own stats, what they have planned will affect 4% and some change of whites and over 10% of Latinos ...

Thanks for your offer, Windowdressing, but rather than an explanation for laws favoring different races, perhaps you can outline your support for their worthiness. I cannot see how racist laws have improved conditions for Black people in the United States but am willing to be proved wrong..
