Since you wanted to get so technical and unforgiving about lapses in logic.
Can you prove they are illegal? What's that? No? Didn't think so.

would like to inform all those on the left assuming these comments where made by racist redneck republicans, I hate to inform you that 3 out of those 4 comments posted by CNN was made by African Americans. the 4th i could not find any information on.
I guess that blows the racist right wing bigot narrative out of the water

Well you shouldn't be. Every country has their share of ignoramuses.

    Weak.

The fallacy you are using here is called "ad ignorantium"--if you can't disprove my claim (that these people are inexcusably ignorant for calling this kid an illegal immigrant, which he could very well be), then I must be right.

    Try again.

You DO realize the Constitution and the amendments within are a collaboration, don't you? And the possible ramifications and interpretations are hashed out during the lengthy amendment process. The primary drafter of any amendment is not, and never has been, the final arbiter on its interpretation.

Beware, facts and evidence are to liberals as holy water to a vampire. This is the part where they fall to the ground, cover their ears and start screaming, "Racist!" at anything that moves.

Then show me another major player in the drafting of this amendment who publicly stated that this would confer automatic citizenship on anyone who happens to be born in this country. I would be impressed, considering that DENYING that the 14th Amendment would ever be used in this way was one of the MAIN SELLING POINTS.

Bottom line: Leftists operate on crisis and perceived victimhood, so CNN is scraping the absolute bottom of the barrel here using random Internet postings from total nobodies to keep stoking the flames of racial animosity. What's disgusting here is that liberals stand for absolutely NOTHING other than Democrat power, and will enthusiastically divide the country and exploit/destroy minorities to protect it.

it what makes it that much more absurd is the comments they posted came from African Americans. So is CNN trying to say Blacks are racist or where they hoping no one would take the time to look up the race of the posters and assumed the very few viewers they still have will believe they was white republicans
