The US government lies to us every day. Why should Snowden trust them?

Of course, that poster (whose name I forget and since it's not on this page, I can't scroll back to see it) isn't gonna respond, because he knows he pretty much made himself look stupid with that. But yeah, I absolutely know what you're saying, I wasn't really arguing otherwise.
There is something called extradition, which is why he cannot just travel anywhere. And yes, most of the world DOES hate the US. And you can't scroll back one page to look up my name?

Did they? Or did he plead guilty to a misdemeanor that he did indeed commit, while being exonerated of all espionage charges?

Ah, so the entire rest of the world is afraid. Okay. Fear or respect, no biggie.

Okay, now I do toss in the towel. Not in defeat, but simply in frustration after coming to the realization I am actually just talking to a stone wall pretending to be a rational human being.

    Best wishes.
Wow, that's ironic. You couldn't just say "No, it's not in the constitution", because you knew it would harm your entire argument, which rests on the constitution.

Believe whatever you want to believe, my man. I'll side with the federal judges about legality and intelligence professionals about operations. You side with...Henry David. Good luck.

Really, it's not difficult. My guess is that you understand it as well as I do, but you buy into the nonsense of the GWOT and men in black robes telling you what words mean.

    Independent thinking--it's most refreshing.
    You're not thinking independently. You're a being a sheep.

I wonder what the first languages of those federal judges are. Do you think they're not native English speakers? What happens when two native English speakers disagree about the interpretation of something? Is the default just "Henry David is correct"? lol

Did you admit that federal judges know more than you about constitutional law or not?

Bet you won't answer truthfully. lol When someone can't do that in an argument...you know they lost.

Why would they have an extradition agreement with the US if they all hate the US? That's weird.

I don't have many agreements with people I hate. Why would I do that? Why do they?

    Hmmmmmmm

Are you saying the majority of people in every country that has an extradition agreement with the US loves our government?

I'm thinking too damn independently for you, and we both know it.

That courts can and do reverse themselves illustrates their fallibility, even within the system. Crazy decisions like the Obamacare decision, and many many others, illustrate the political nature of the court, much to Madison's chagrin.
