So by bullying the people opposed to you, you're winning the war on stopping bullies. Glad you're on the case!
I don't think that's true that it's not shared by most people. Most people feel that on some level regardless of you saying they don't. What's happening is we're changing our culture on certain differences like gay/tg, so that we don't perceive them as aberrant, but those emotions are still there for anyone who is an outsider. (which I think in this case is probably healthy, at the very least it's worth trying this way because the other way is known to be bad).
And while I support suppression of our animal instincts on this and many other issues, I'll ask you this. Why have humans evolved to have that trait in the first place? Clearly it's improved fitness in that it's widespread throughout really most any animals, even lower species on the evolutionary scale. Saying someone is a bad person because of their natural instincts/brain evolution is JUST AS ****ING BAD as calling someone who wants to be a different gender a bad person/outsider, etc.
Ridiculing Conservatives is a great American pass-time, it's got top ratings on comedy (Bill M., John S., Steven C.), but conservatism is part of the yin yang...adopting to much change too fast is just as dangerous as the old conservative boys club resisting any and all change.
