    Why does the pharmacist need to be the one that's armed? If you're looking for security then it would probably be better to NOT have someone behind the counter who is able to engage.

    Not quite but our newest drug store--A Walgreen's is close. you cannot see the pharmacist area and I think they do pass by a drawer to the checkout area,

    I don't believe it.

    There was a case where a pharmacist shot at some robbers. He wasn't charged for violating any gun ban for pharmacies

    being robbed is a forseeable harm for a pharmacist

    why do you support disarming honest people who work in high risk occupations

    what danger is there in allowing people who are trustworthy enough to dispense powerful narcotics from having a gun?
