    That's what I figure.

    I wonder if the driver's individual insurance will have to pay anything?

    The video I saw doesn't seem to confirm that. Though admittedly it's grainy, it doesn't appear to show any oncoming truck forcing him over.

    That's why I believe there will be a deal worked out. Trucks hit bridges all the time, but those bridges don't then collapse.
