Sure, the op is constantly trying to denigrate the BLACK Va Lt. Governor nominee with slavery quotes because he a republican who doesn't tow the PC line and I am the one playing the race card; and nice to assume that all Christians would agree with him--that is so open-minded of you

For Christ sake. It is NOT reprehensible to be against abortion. It is NOT reprehensible to be against gay marriage. Save that adjective for better use. It doesn't belong there.

My point is that politicians are most certainly entitled to be against abortion and against gay marriage. They just need to use some brain cells to avoid looking like idiots.

Yes it is reprehensible to advocate denying US citizens their rights.

Yeah because being a descendant of slaves he should not have an opinion on such things and because he is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard Divinity School he is clearly dumb as a bag of rocks. By the way, I still have yet to see someone refute his comment about the 3/5ths compromise--reality sucks that way sometimes.

I thought what Fisher said was terrific. Black conservatives enrage progressives because they don't stick to their script of "shoulds."

Yes it is. And even more so when one advocates using the state to enforce the denial of rights.
