U.S. acknowledges killing of four U.S. citizens in counterterrorism operations

Another bad attempt to distract from Benghazi, no doubt. "Don't look at this bad thing, look at this bad thing!"

Or maybe he's trying to distract us from his use of the secret weather machine to wipe Moore off the map.

The problem I have with this is the same problem when Bush was doing the same thing, but on a much smaller scale. I do not trust the government to be judge, jury, and executioner, based on it's word alone. It's a long slippery slope from taking out American citizens who are "suspected" criminals to taking out those who disagree with the government. There is a reason due process is in the Constitution, and it has everything to do with government abusing it's powers. When Obama ran for office in 2008, he said he would put an end to these abuses. Instead, he became Bush on steroids, and has done things that Bush would not even have dreamed about.

Screw the Bengazi witch hunt, and screw all the other fake scandals Republicans are attempting to invent. Obama should be impeached for the violations of the Constitution that he took an oath to uphold. The minute Republicans stop making up bullcrap for political points, and actually go after Obama for his abuse of power, I will join them in nanoseconds, and the GOP will have my full support.

I don't think they are fake scandals, but I do agree that Obama has violated the Constitution and needs to be held responsible.

One of the scariest things about having a Democrat in the WH is that Republicans will applaud when he abuses his war powers and the Democrats will look the other way.

    What powers are conservatives applauding?

The ones associated with the Unitary Executive, a notion they advanced during the Bush years. Remember John Yoo and Alberto Gonzalez?

Though they are not really applauding it. They are simply not condemning it. They condone it by their silence.

What, are you guys still on about Benghazi despite most of the talking points being debunked and being busted for altering emails to "prove" a point? HAHAH, gezz.

As for this story... well the Bush administration killed 4000 Americans in Iraq so.. it is not exactly unheard off. Not to mention the thousands each month that are killed by police in the US... technically that is also the US killing Americans. Oh dont forget those on death row..

I love it when I'm not "Liberal enough." You're worse than the Cons. They see the word "Bush" and go into a tizzy. You see "Benghazi" and do the same thing. Yet not one of you can actually read in context....

Come on... Benghazi has not only been debunked but it was never ever a scandal... a cock up with miss-communication maybe, but nothing more.

Fact is there was 8 times more American's killed at US embassies/consuls/diplomatic missions under Bush... why were the very same right wingers not grilling Bush and his people on that and demanding their head on a platter?

That when Obama uses drones that kills or targets Americans then it is all "OMFG" but when Bush used drones that killed or targeted Americans.. then it was /shrug and even hidden? And yes you can not tell me that under Bush, that not one American got killed by a drone attack anywhere in the world...So many people have dual citizenship in the middle east with one being American, that the chances an American got hit somewhere... is huge.

Fact is that the American government has targeted its own citizens for whatever reason since the dawn of the Republic, so it should come as no shock that it happens under Obama or under the next president Clinton.

This is just another anti-Obama hysterics story pure and simple.
